Shipping and Return Policy
In this Shipping and Returns Policy, “we”, “us”, “our” and other similar references mean LoveBeLoved LLC and “you” and “your” and other similar references mean a specific user of the Site.
Shipping Time
After submitting your order, you will receive an email confirming your order has been successfully placed. In most cases your order will be processed and shipped within twenty- four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours. For example, an order placed on Monday will ship out on Tuesday or Wednesday. An order placed on Friday will be shipped Monday or Tuesday of the following week. Orders placed before noon may ship the same day, depending on the volume of orders the warehouse has to process. After your order has been successfully shipped, you will receive a second confirmation email, which will include the tracking number of your package.
Shipping Rates
The shipping cost is $9.95 for most orders shipping from our distribution centers. Oversized or special delivery items may be subject to a Delivery Charge in addition to the above standard shipping rate.
These additional delivery charges and shipping upgrade charges may not be eligible for combined, reduced or free shipping offers.
Shipping Carrier
LoveBeLoved LLC ships most orders via UPS Ground. If you are shipping to a U.S. Post Office Box or military address, or ifUPS Ground service is not available in your area, we may ship your order using USPS Priority service.
Undelivered Packages
We are not able to reship packages that are returned to us by the carrier. All undelivered packages will be processed as a return. Please take this into account when selecting your shipping address for an order to ensure that someone is available to receive your order.
Sales Tax
The sales tax charged, if any, depends on where the order is shipped. You will be able to view the sales tax charge, if any, before you confirm your order.
Returns
LoveBeLoved LLC accepts returns on footwear and apparel unless otherwise stated on the product detail page. Items marked as FINAL SALE on the product detail page and at checkout are not eligible to be returned. Exceptions may apply.
There are three return scenarios for an order:

Return with refund in the form of Love Bucks store credits. Choosing this option gives you the benefit of return shipping reimbursed to you free of charge!

Return with refund in the original form of payment. Choosing this option requires you to cover the return shipping fee of $9.95.

In the event you have received damaged goods, LoveBeLoved LLC will refund both original and return shipping charges as well as the amount spent on the merchandise. This holds true whether you accept your refund in the form of Love Bucks or in the form of original payment.
Eligible item(s) must be returned within 30 days of the original shipment date. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Please return items in their original packaging, including: hangers, plastic wrap, hang tags, shoeboxes, dust bags, gift boxes, etc.
If you request a refund in the original form of payment and used any Love Bucks store credits to purchase such item, said credits will be reinstated in lieu of receiving a refund for that portion of the purchase. If the credit card used in connection with the purchase is expired or invalid, we will issue a check to the billing address on the credit card. If any promotional discount was applied at the time of purchase, you will only be refunded for the actual amount paid at time of purchase. If you want to return an item received as a gift, you must contact our Customer Service department and you will receive your refund in Love Bucks store credit.
Please note that Love Bucks have no cash value and cannot later be converted into a cash equivalent.
